Terms of Service for
Mowing Best

Welcome to Mowing Best. This Terms of Service agreement ("Terms") governs your use of our lawn care and landscape maintenance services (the "Services") and our website, mowingbest.com (the "Site"). By scheduling a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Your satisfaction and our operational efficiency are important. To manage our schedules effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any service cancellation or rescheduling request. Notice must be provided before 8:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled service.
If notice is not provided within this timeframe, you run the risk of the service being completed and billed at the regular rate.
Mulch & Materials: The cost for pre-ordered materials, such as mulch, is non-refundable once the materials have been purchased on your behalf.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Issues
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are reasonably unhappy with a service you have received, please report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of the service completion.
We will return to the property to correct the specific issue at no additional charge.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access
To provide you with the best possible service, we require your cooperation on your scheduled service day.
Property Access: Please ensure all gates are unlocked and accessible for our crews. If a gate is locked and we cannot service a portion of your property (e.g., the backyard), that service will still be billed as scheduled. We can return before the next scheduled visit for an additional trip fee.
Pet Safety: For the safety of your pets and our crews, please ensure all pets are secured indoors on your service day. Our crews reserve the right not to service an area if a pet has access to it.
Property Condition: Please ensure the service area is free from items such as toys, hoses, pet waste, decorations, wires, and other potential hazards. Our crews will not move items to perform the service.

4. Damage Policy
Our Responsibility:
In the unfortunate event that we cause damage to your property due to our direct negligence, we will cover the value of the item based on its condition at the time of the damage. All damage must be properly recorded and reported to our office within 48 hours.
Normal Wear and Tear: Certain items on a property may experience normal wear and tear from routine landscape maintenance. Mowing Best is not liable for damage resulting from normal service conditions, including but not limited to: minor scuffs or markings on fences from trimming, damage to brittle or improperly installed PVC conduit, damage to gutter downspouts not properly partitioned from the lawn, or damage to cheap or brittle solar landscape lights positioned within the turf.

5. Weather Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
The safety of our crews is our top priority. In the event of rain or other severe weather, your service will be rescheduled for the next available day, which may include the following Saturday.
If your account is set to skip service when the property is wet, you, the customer, are responsible for contacting us to reschedule once the property is ready for service.

6. Billing and Payment Terms
Payment Method:
A valid credit card is required to be on file in your secure client account for services to be performed. Most invoices are processed within 24 hours of service completion.
Late & Missed Payments: Missed payments may result in an immediate suspension of all services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of up to 50% of the overdue balance.
Abandoned Accounts: Accounts with outstanding balances that are unresponsive to our collection efforts will be sent to a third-party collections agency.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
